Nestled at beautiful Camps across Ontario, this weekend blends expert-led workshops, hands-on cooking classes, energizing movement, and the tranquility of nature to inspire real change.

At Rustic Mama Retreats we strive to be affordable and accessible to women everywhere. We don’t want anyone to miss out on the fun! While some retreats offer programming of this kind for $800-$1200, we’ve worked hard to offer great value for a much lower cost!
KickStart Your Health Weekend registration cost is $465 + HST
Here’s the breakdown and what’s Included:
* 2 nights shared accommodations in gorgeous, rustic cabins (think single beds, friends old and new)
* 6 delicious meals and a variety of snacks throughout the day. You definitely won’t go hungry!

Jean-Luc and Nick are a dynamic married couple on a heartfelt mission to make wellness joyful, accessible, and deeply sustainable. Based in Toronto, they are celebrated fitness instructors, life coaches, and wellness advocates who share their journey with compassion, humor, and authenticity. From co‑hosting daily live Step classes on Zoom and YouTube for all fitness levels, to crafting healthy recipes that feel fun instead of fussy, they’re all about empowering others to make meaningful changes—one small step at a time.
Their signature KickStart philosophy brings motivational tools, habit‑forming strategies, and caring community support together. As the world wakes, so too do your senses: early morning yoga by the lake, canoe or paddle-board on calm water, hikes under budding trees, and gentle outdoor movement that energizes without hustle. Open air workshops, healthy cooking demos, and expansive views of water and forest nurture both body and mind.

Fuel Your Body with Fresh, Wholesome Food
Throughout the weekend, you’ll enjoy nourishing, flavorful meals designed to energize and inspire your healthy living journey. Our talented camp cooks will prepare a variety of fresh, nutritious dishes using seasonal ingredients, with plenty of vibrant salads, lean proteins, and vegetarian options to keep you feeling your best.
As part of the experience, you’ll also roll up your sleeves and help prepare some of your own meals during hands-on cooking sessions—learning how to create quick, delicious, and nutrient-dense recipes you can easily recreate at home. From chopping fresh vegetables to assembling colorful plates, you’ll leave with new skills and meal ideas to carry into your everyday life.
