The Ultimate Mom and Daughter Getaway

In this hectic, busy world, sometimes as moms, we don’t get a chance to prioritize time with our Daughters. Ages 8-18 is when they need you the most! We only get 18 glorious years with them before they become adults themselves, so now is the time to connect, make those memories and have a blast doing it!

Rustic Mama Retreats Ultimate Mom and Daughter Getaway is the perfect place for you to relax, refresh and reconnect with your daughter and yourself. You’ll both have the chance to engage in a variety of amazing sessions together such as mom and me yoga, sign making and jewellery making workshops, paddle-boarding, archery, tree-top trekking, dance parties and the opportunity to partake in workshops taught by talented guest speakers on a variety of topics, all designed to be fun, exciting and allow you to relax and make those deeper connections.

Sessions and Workshops

There is something for everyone at our Mama and Me Retreat. The biggest problem you’ll have is choosing which session to sign up for! Fun, adventure, education, friendship and relaxation await you at our Mama and Daughter escapes!

Maybe you’ll spend the morning creating a masterpiece! Take a guided painting workshop, or try your hand at making a rustic wooden sign, hand-stamped jewellery or an authentic dream-catcher.

Adventure more you and your daughter’s thing? Breathe and relax during a yoga session, cheer each other on as you tackle a state of the art high-ropes course or touch the sky by scaling and rappelling the 30′ tall rock climbing wall! Take your aim in the archery field or push yourself to tackle the longest over-water zip line in Canada! Our winter retreat features snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snow tubing and even an ice rink!

The fun doesn’t stop there! Evenings at Rustic Mama Retreats are filled with entertainment! From Friday night entertainers and games to an epic Saturday night dance party!  We’ve got the perfect recipe for exciting evenings!

October 20-22, 2023 – Partnership

Exciting News! For our October 20-22, 2023 Retreat, we’ve partnered with Mother Daughter Empower, a Registered Canadian Charity that empowered young girls to be who they are and become anything they want to be! They EMPOWER Mothers & Daughters by providing them with educational programs, resources and events specifically for girls aged 7-14.

We will be joined by the Founder and Executive Director, Tara Filteau, who will be providing a motivating Keynote Speech over lunch and running a 90 minute workshop on Confidence.
