Registration Costs
Bougie Mama’s Retreat Weekend registration cost is:
Single Occupancy Private Room (1 person, 1 queen bed) $900 + HST
Double Occupancy Room (2 people sharing 1 queen bed) $730 + HST
Triple Occupancy (3 people sharing 1 queen bed & 1 twin cot) $675 + HST – SOLD OUT
Here’s the breakdown and what IS Included:
* Incredible Chef Prepared Fine Dining Breakfasts & Dinners, complete with appetizers, main course and dessert!
* 2 nights accommodations of your choice (single, double or triple occupancy). Most rooms have wood burning fireplaces, balcony or patio and gorgeous views of the lake.
* Fun upgraded workshops of your choosing throughout the weekend
* Evening Entertainment both nights guaranteed to make you laugh!
* Access to the Water Spa and indoor pool on site to help lift away all your stress

Sir Sam’s private restaurant, Twin Fires, has a thoughtfully curated menu that offers a selection of appetizers, fresh salads, entrees and desserts. Dining here is an unparalleled experience as the chef puts his heart and soul into all the delectable dishes that are created . They also know the importance of maintaining a health-conscious diet and can accommodate all dietary restrictions.
Relaxing Spa
The WaterSpa at Sir Sam’s Inn offers a quiet respite from the daily stresses of life, lifting the spirits to a renewed sense of energy. The water circuit begins with two high-pressured water jets concentrating on your neck and lower back. The circuit continues with a centre island that offers reflexology and massage for the feet and calves, while you recline and enjoy the serene view. The deck fountains on the pool edge focus on specific areas of the back and neck, as warm water cascades. This is followed by the Air Lounge, with stimulating bubbles to rejuvenate. Then its time to rest in the Balinese beds that are the perfect spot for meditation.
For an additional cost, private spa sessions can be booked as well. RMT massages ranging from 30-90 minutes, Body Wraps and Facials. Prices Range from $80-$200 and will be available for booking closer to the event date.
Additional Excursions
We have arranged a variety of optional excursions offered at special rates during your weekend at Bougie Mama’s. The excursions are paid separately from your retreat experience and will be available to be booked closer to the event. All transportation will be provided to and from any excursions.
Haliburton Forest Wolf Centre (approx 1.5 hours) For this optional excursion you can visit the Wolf Centre, a 5000 sqft indoor facility that houses a self guided museum-style exhibit along with an observatory where you can see live wild wolves through one-way glass! Approximate cost is $25 pp.
Winter Dance Dog Sledding (approx 3 hours) Have you always wanted to try dog sledding? Well here is your chance! Explore Haliburton’s breathtaking wilderness while dog sledding in this 2 hour adventure. Begin with a brief but through instruction session on the fundamentals of driving a dog team, then meet your lovable team of 5 Siberian Huskies who will take you on a magical adventure through the Haliburton Forest. Sleds fit 2 people and your will take turns at the reins. Wrap this adventure up with a little cuddle time with your pups! Approximate cost $350 pp.
Haliburton Forest Snowmobile Adventure (approx 3 hours) With 400km of groomed trails, Haliburton Forest offers the perfect place to gear up and enjoy the winter wonderland. In this 2 hour snowmobiling adventure, you will be led by a guide through some incredible trails. Gear (snowsuit, boots, helmet) can be rented for $35. Approximate cost for this 2 hour trail ride is $200 pp. (Note that a $3500 security deposit is required at rental but retuned when the snowmobile returns without damage)
Sir Sam’s Ski Resort Pass (approx 5 hours). Hit the slopes right next door to the Inn and spend a few hours in the powder either skiing or snowboarding. With multiple runs varying in difficulty, this location is perfect for everyone from the beginner to the experienced. Approximate cost is $80 pp + equipment rental if needed ($60)
Ice Fishing on Mountain Lake (approx 3 hours). Ready to cast your line and catch some Haliburton Gold (Lake Trout) ?? Then this adventure is for you! With this excursion everything you need is supplied, including rod, bait and a heated fishing hut! Spend a few hours with some friends, enjoying some beverages while you experience a winter pastime. Approximate cost is $60 pp.
