Spiritual Wellness Getaway

In this hectic, busy world, sometimes as women, we don’t get a chance to prioritize ourselves. With topics like mental health and self-care on the tip of everyone’s tongue lately, it’s time for women to put themselves first and take a breather from the everyday craziness! Come together and connect with like-minded women as you dig deeper and become present. You’ll have the chance to engage in a variety of amazing sessions such as yoga, meditation, journaling, archery, rock climbing, drumming circles and plenty of workshops taught by talented guest speakers, all designed to help you de-stress and focus on wellness and healing. Come rediscover yourself.

Sessions and Workshops

This weekend is your ticket to healing, wellness and deeper into your spiritual awakening.  Relaxation, Friendship and Wellness await you at our lakeside escape!

Spend the morning connecting to your light within through a variety of breakout sessions. Spend time in quiet reflection, meditate or journal to connect with your inner spirit. Why not breathe and relax during a morning Yoga class or connect and release your emotions through Chakradance.

In the afternoon, you’ll have a chance to face your fears and push yourself out of your comfort zone. Cheer each other on as you tackle a state of the art high-ropes course or touch the sky by scaling and rappelling the 30′ tall rock climbing wall! Take your aim in the archery field or take time to centre yourself with a nature hike through the forest.

Evenings will be filled with intention setting, sharing circles, receiving messages from above and then we come together for a therapeutic drumming circle to relieve stress, awaken our souls and gain mental clarity.

If you are seeking more of a quieter escape, there are several opportunities throughout the day to relax and reflect and each night is capped off with a cozy outdoor campfire on the beach. It’s the perfect place to unwind and connect with friends old and new.
